About the Book

Most people are told to “work hard, save more, and invest wisely.”
Very few are shown how wealth actually works – or why some people, teams, and even countries seem to move faster and further with the same, or even fewer, resources.

Leverages of Wealth and Progress is a practical map to the hidden levers that quietly shape your results over time: time, working power and energy, capital and assets, creativity and innovation, brands and media, ecosystems, and speed.

Instead of chasing quick wins or one magic investment, this book invites you to think in levers and portfolios – across your personal life, your work, and even your society. You’ll learn how to design a life where your time, skills, relationships, and capital all pull in the same direction, creating progress that is sustainable, not accidental.

Wealth doesn’t suddenly become “easy” because life gets simple.
It becomes easier when you finally see where to pull.

This is not a get-rich-quick book. It’s a get-clear-about-how-wealth-really-works book.

What You’ll Find Inside

  • A clear, down-to-earth explanation of the key levers of wealth and progress – from time and working power to capital, assets, innovation, media, and ecosystems.
  • A portfolio-based way of thinking about your life: Knowledge, Working Power and Energy, Capital and Assets, Liabilities, Innovation, Brands & Media, and Income & Passive Income Streams.
  • Insight into the mindsets behind sustainable wealth – abundance vs. scarcity, living below your means, the “millionaire mentality”, and why who you become matters more than what you own.
  • Concrete examples of how individuals, companies, and even nations pull (or ignore) these levers – and what we can learn from both success and failure.
  • Practical tools and reflections to help you design your own Leverages of Wealth & Progress blueprint: where to start, what to strengthen, and what to stop doing.
  • Simple, memorable models you can use to guide family decisions, business strategy, or long-term life planning.

This book is designed to be read, used, and returned to – not just once, but at every new stage of your journey.

Perfect For

  • Entrepreneurs, professionals, and creatives who want to build wealth without losing their soul or their time.
  • Leaders and founders looking for a clearer way to think about resources, value creation, and long-term advantage.
  • Young people who want to avoid common money traps and design a life that compounds instead of drains them.
  • Investors and advisors who want to see beyond spreadsheets and understand the human and cultural levers of wealth.
  • Anyone who feels that the traditional “study–work–retire” story no longer fits the world we live in.

From the Author

This book started with a simple frustration:

We talk about wealth as if it were only about money.
But in real life, wealth is built (or destroyed) long before the money shows up.

Over the last 25 years, I’ve watched people – and organizations – with similar beginnings end up in very different places. The difference was rarely luck. It was how they used their time, how they treated their energy, how they handled small amounts of money, how they learned, how they built relationships, and how they reacted to change.

Leverages of Wealth and Progress is my attempt to put all those observations, lessons, and tools into one place. It’s not a rigid system; it’s a lens you can use to see your own life differently – and to spot the levers you already have, but may not be using.

I wrote it for anyone who wants to take responsibility for their future – not with fear, but with clarity and courage. My hope is that it helps you find your own levers… and start pulling them with intention.
